Crafting Art Through Time and Experience

Gunner Studios LLC was born out of my lifelong passion for illustration, fueled by the inspiration of great artists from the early 1900s like Austin Briggs and Joseph Clement Cole. From a young age, I was drawn to the power of visual storytelling, particularly in the world of movie poster art and dynamic compositions. Over time, I honed my skills through traditional training, where I learned the importance of draftsmanship and attention to detail. As my career evolved, I embraced digital techniques while staying true to the principles of classic artistry, allowing me to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity. 

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, including comic book issues for Marvel and DC, commercial storyboard work, and advertising campaigns for various products. Each opportunity helped shape the artist I am today, blending realism with a unique flair for adventure and classic horror themes. My journey has also extended into teaching, where I’ve shared my knowledge of drawing with students in my community for the past 15 years. Through Gunner Studios, I continue to push the boundaries of my craft, delivering illustrations that capture the imagination and resonate with people across different artistic landscapes.
